Parisienne Kiss

Bred by: QLD DAF & HIA Ltd

Parisienne Kiss is a variety which has large plant structure and canopy with tall petioles giving it an open canopy. This variety needs to be planted at a wider spacing 40 cm – 50 cm between plants as a dense canopy with no aeration may attract powdery and other diseases. High yielding with good size berries throughout the season. Fruit turns completely glossy red when ripe, has soft flesh and can be susceptible to rain damage. Fruit is conical in shape especially in the early part of production but can also be wedged at times in the later part of the season. Pedicels are long and protrude out of the canopy making it easy to see and pick berries.
